[Jangseong, South Jeolla] FARMING BOY SM3-SD, the Reliable Two-Wheeled Companion at a Customer’s Home
We visited a welcoming village in Jangseong, South Jeolla, surrounded by lush greenery.
We made the trip to help ease the burden, even just a little, when the elderly residents and their families work in the fields or carry heavy loads.
When we arrived at the rest area with palm mats laid out in one corner of the yard, they warmly welcomed us from afar.
Safe Unloading and a First Meeting
A Lohwell SM freight truck arrived in front of our customer’s home in Jangseong.
Using the lift, we carefully unloaded the newly built FARMING BOY SM3-SD into the yard.
Seeing the government support marking on the cargo bed and its sturdy loading platform, the family members holding a baby greeted the vehicle with bright smiles.
They were especially pleased with its cool, clean blue body and reliable canopy, saying,

One-on-One, Eye-Level Operating Instructions

We continued explaining everything step by step until the elderly residents and their families became comfortable with the controls.
Driving controls: We personally demonstrated natural handlebar operation, as easy as riding a bicycle, switching between the forward and reverse levers,
and using the intuitive brakes.

We also showed them how to open the storage compartment beneath the seat and connect the 220V charger.
Because it charges simply by plugging it into a standard outlet, it is easy to manage without having to visit a petrol station.
Actual Driving and On-Site Reactions
After the explanation, they took turns in the driver’s seat and test-drove the vehicle along the yard and the roads around the house.
After holding the handlebars and driving slowly, they repeatedly nodded at how smoothly and quietly it moved.
The family members watching nearby said,
