Visit statistics

Lohwell SM Co., Ltd. counts visits to this website on its own server, without any external analytics service, to improve the site and to learn how inquiries reach us. The statistics use no cookies and no browser storage.

What is recorded: the page address (without anything after it, such as search words), the time, the page language, the name of the site you came from (for example search.naver.com), device type, browser family, country, how long the page was on screen and how far it was scrolled, the fact that a phone number, e-mail address, video, quote, download or chat button was used, and the fact that an inquiry, a quotation PDF or an eBOOK download was completed. When you arrive from an advertisement, only the ad network, the campaign name and the advertiser's keyword are recorded; the words you searched for and ad click numbers are not stored.

How visitors are told apart: your IP address and browser details are used only at the moment of the request and are not stored. They are turned into a short number with a random value that is created each day and deleted at midnight (Korea time), so visits are linked only within the same day, cannot be linked across days and cannot later be traced back to an IP address. The statistics are not linked to the contents of inquiries (names or contact details).

Retention: page-level records are deleted after 90 days and daily totals (numbers that identify no one) after two years.

Where it is processed: the records are kept only on the company's own web server and are not given to any other company. Traffic to the website passes through Cloudflare (United States), a security and delivery service, which also supplies the country.

Opting out: with JavaScript turned off, on-screen time, scrolling and clicks are not recorded; the page request itself (address, time, device type and so on) is still logged as needed to run the server. Once the daily value has been deleted, individual records can no longer be found, viewed or deleted.
