Because the new machine felt unfamiliar and she was worried that it might be difficult to operate,
we provided step-by-step instruction at her level.

We repeatedly guided her through each step so she could learn hands-on,
from starting the vehicle and switching between forward and reverse,
to operating the brake lever and engaging the parking brake.

We also carefully explained how easy it is to charge the vehicle—simply plug the charger into a 220V household outlet after working in the fields—
as well as how to read the instrument panel.

After practising a few times, she quickly held the steering wheel smoothly and showed confidence in operating the vehicle.

3. A Test Drive Around the Yard and Field Paths, Followed by a Bright Smile

She climbed into the driver’s seat herself and slowly drove around the yard and the unpaved dirt paths around the greenhouse.

With little jolting and smooth steering, she appeared to drive comfortably.

She said the sturdy canopy roof and front windshield with wipers blocked the sunlight and dust while providing a clear view, which made her feel reassured.
