so we sat together in the driver's seat and explained everything carefully.

The elderly farmer

said they were worried because they were afraid of machines
and not good at handling them, but

After learning the controls, the elderly farmer took the wheel themselves and drove around the road in front of the house and the village lanes.

After completing the drive at ease with a light grip on the steering wheel, the elderly farmer

said, "I will be able to get around the yard and fields comfortably
